Privacy notice
Last updated · 25 April 2026
This notice explains how Conexão Futura ("we", "us") handles personal data through this website and in the course of our services. We act as a data controller within the meaning of Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, where it applies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).
Who we are
Conexão Futura, registered under CNPJ 38.214.905/0001-47, with its operations centre at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3477, 14º andar, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo / SP, 04538-133. For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:
- Contact details you provide through our forms — name, email, telephone, company.
- The content of your message and any details you choose to share about your situation.
- Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type, used to keep the site secure.
- Usage data from analytics, only where you have given consent through the cookie banner.
Why we use it
We process personal data to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and administer engagements, meet legal and accounting obligations, and protect the security of our own systems. Each purpose rests on a lawful basis under Article 7 of the LGPD — your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running the practice, or compliance with the law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless it becomes part of a client relationship, in which case it is retained for the duration of the engagement and the period required by Brazilian tax and commercial law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, hosting and email infrastructure — under contracts that bind them to confidentiality and to instructions from us. Where data leaves Brazil, we rely on the safeguards permitted by the LGPD and the GDPR.
Your rights
Under the LGPD and the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, and information about how it is shared. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD). To exercise any right, write to [email protected]; we respond within the statutory timeframe.
Security
As a security practice, we hold ourselves to the controls we recommend to clients — encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, logging and regular review. No system is without risk, but we treat the data you entrust to us as we would our own.
Changes
We may update this notice as our practice or the law evolves. The date above always reflects the current version.
