Conexão Futura began in 2014 with a small team of responders who were tired of watching companies learn about a breach from someone else. We set out to run security the way it should be run — quietly, carefully, and in plain sight of the people who depend on it.
Where we stand
A defender's discipline.
Security marketing tends toward fear. We find it unhelpful. The companies that stay safe are not the ones with the most tools — they are the ones who pay steady attention to the unglamorous parts: identities, patches, backups, the access nobody remembered to revoke.
Our analysts work from one room in Itaim Bibi, watching client environments around the clock. Brazilian hours, Brazilian context, and a short distance between an alert and a person who understands it.
We look for people who are curious about how things break and honest when they do not know something. Certifications help; temperament matters more. Calm under pressure is the trait we cannot teach.
