Plain language
You should never need a translator to understand your own security. Every report is written so a board member and an engineer both follow it.
Conexão Futura began in 2014 with a small team of responders who were tired of watching companies learn about a breach from someone else. We set out to run security the way it should be run — quietly, carefully, and in plain sight of the people who depend on it.
Security marketing tends toward fear. We find it unhelpful. The companies that stay safe are not the ones with the most tools — they are the ones who pay steady attention to the unglamorous parts: identities, patches, backups, the access nobody remembered to revoke.

Our analysts work from one room in Itaim Bibi, watching client environments around the clock. Brazilian hours, Brazilian context, and a short distance between an alert and a person who understands it.

We look for people who are curious about how things break and honest when they do not know something. Certifications help; temperament matters more. Calm under pressure is the trait we cannot teach.
We would rather tell a client an honest no than sell a watch we cannot stand behind.
Conexão Futura — founding principle
You should never need a translator to understand your own security. Every report is written so a board member and an engineer both follow it.
We make claims we can defend. If we say something is at risk, we can show you how, and how an attacker would reach it.
The goal is the protection you actually need, not the longest invoice. We retire controls that have stopped earning their place.
When an incident lands, you reach a person, not a queue. A named responder owns the problem until it is closed.
A small senior bench. The person who scopes your engagement is the person who stays close to it.
Leads the monitoring centre and sets the standard for how alerts are triaged and reported. Fifteen years across finance and critical infrastructure.
Runs incident engagements end to end, from containment to the report that lands on a regulator's desk. Calm is the job description.
Translates the LGPD and ISO 27001 into controls a real operation can keep. Sits between auditors and engineers and keeps both honest.
If this is how you would want your own security run, we should talk.
